At FREECITYsupershop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
